Team car pool (working name)

A product to coordinate car pools for a school soccer team's practices and games, so every kid has a ride there and back with a driver their parents approved. Product owner: Priya. Design agent: Claude.

This is a test project. It tests the use-case-product-design methodology on a new product. Priya and her opening note are fictional. A fresh design agent, which had only the plugin's files, ran the method. Priya's answers were written by Claude playing the owner and relayed to the agent; Brett did not answer them. After three sessions with Priya, the fourth ran with her away, to test the method's rules for working without the owner. Read docs/PICK-UP.md for the decisions the agent took on her behalf, and docs/methodology-log.md for the method feedback the run produced.
