P2 Badge Keep the mise Go pin in sync

Updating the module minimum to Go 1.26.9 while .mise.toml still pins 1.26.6 breaks the repository's recommended mise environment when automatic toolchain downloads are unavailable or GOTOOLCHAIN=local is set: every make build/make test-unit invocation fails before compilation because the active compiler is below the new minimum. Update the mise pin to 1.26.9 alongside this line.
