Bump the manifest version for the new artifact schemes

When an existing user has version 1.0.1 installed, this feature remains advertised as the same version because manifest.json is unchanged. The repository builder reads both version and lastUpdated exclusively from that manifest (including its Git timestamp), so the generated catalog cannot distinguish this release from the March build and version-based update checks may never offer the new schemes or the plan-three fix. Update the manifest version as part of this change.
