fix(deps): lock the releases that fix the open advisories and audit against PyPI and OSV - #32

Moves aiohttp to 3.14.5, certifi to 2026.10.23, filelock to 4.2.4, fsspec to 2026.6.0, multidict to 7.2.1, pillow to 13.0.0, setuptools to 84.2.1 and virtualenv to 21.15.0 (with packaging 26.3), which close the 63 advisories in 8 packages that keep the scheduled Security run red, and pylint to 4.1.3 for CVE-2026-114608 (GHSA-22qq-2fwx-7p67), which both services report now and the 2026-10-26 run did not list. aiobotocore, botocore, s3fs, yarl, astroid and python-discovery move with them. Every extra audits clean against both PyPI and OSV.
Pins substrax's audit-lock action at e889be4, which audits every extra against both of pip-audit's vulnerability services and fails on an advisory either reports. The pin it replaces, 13e98b7, queried PyPI alone, and either service can lack an advisory the other reports.

The scheduled Security run on
mainhas failed since 2026-10-12: the 2026-10-26 run reported 63 advisories in 8 packages. Two commits, each valid on its own:fix(deps): relock. A targeteduv lock --upgrade-packagemoves aiohttp 3.14.5, certifi 2026.10.23, filelock 4.2.4, fsspec 2026.6.0, multidict 7.2.1, pillow 13.0.0, setuptools 84.2.1, virtualenv 21.15.0 (with packaging 26.3), and pylint 4.1.3 for CVE-2026-114608 (GHSA-22qq-2fwx-7p67, published 2026-10-22). aiobotocore, botocore, s3fs, yarl, astroid and python-discovery move with them.
