Resolves all merge conflicts in the standalone verifier workflow, build script, release manifest generator and portable-release documentation. Keeps the current repository-dispatch website deployment flow and signed standalone release behavior.
Validation: 56 Jest tests passed; lint passed with existing warnings only; no conflict markers remain.
