fix: calibrate auxiliary and generated rankings

Summary

• apply the existing presentation penalty to stylesheets only for non-UI tasks
• keep genuine CSS/layout tasks unpenalized
• keep explicitly named generated artifacts visible, but cap confidence at medium when maintained source exists
• explain the maintained-source twin directly in ranking reasons
• regenerate the committed Action bundle

Evidence

• 236 core tests pass, including two new reproductions
• held-out unchanged: 7/12 Top-1, 8/12 Top-3, 9/12 Top-5
• external unchanged: 11/16 Top-1, 16/16 Top-3 and Top-5
• adversarial 8/8, false-confidence rate 0
• workspace typecheck, 419 tests, audit, lint, and production builds passed before the bundle parity gate requested regeneration
