kvlang#414 删除了 kvspace·list 与 kvspace·listn；遍历一律改为 listlen 定计数 + listat 逐项取名。 - memory.recall: listn → listat - tool.denied: listn → listat（stringkeymap 容器同形） - tools.manifest: 删掉中间 names 容器，直接对目录 listlen/listat， 再按全路径 get Co-Authored-By: Claude Code <noreply@anthropic.com>
