Backport (#13151): [VMware to KVM] Cleanup leftover migrated volumes in case of migration failures

Description

This PR is a backport from 4.23 main branch to 4.22 for the PR: #13151

This PR includes a cleanup mechanism for migrated volumes which are leftover in case the VMware to KVM migrations have failed unexpectedly.
