Motivation
The version on
branch-4.18was never advanced after the 4.18.0 release, so the pom files still say4.18.0-SNAPSHOTand the Python client still says4.18.0. The release scripts derive the release version from the pom, so this needs to be fixed before cutting 4.18.1.Changes
