Publish the already-tested Vulkan v3.2.2 dependency update as a patch release. The previous release still declares Vulkan v3.2.0, causing conflicting requests when applications also pin v3.2.2. Only the module package version changes here; the dependency update and CI maintenance were reviewed and merged separately.
