What this changes

The README's intro now says what the installer does in one line: it can install a controller (the main application), or a Runner (the component that runs playbooks), or upgrade them. The Existing installations section becomes one paragraph on upgrading an AnsibleForms already running on a server, installed manually or by the installer: it is detected, taken over only once confirmed, and upgraded in place with its changed files backed up and rolled back on failure. The detection table and the per-engine details are dropped; the installer shows them when it runs.
