Summary

render a pending user message and clear the composer before prompt admission completes
submit a client-generated message ID so the durable admission event reconciles the optimistic row
remove the optimistic row when admission fails

Validation

bun typecheck in packages/tui
bun test test/cli/tui/data.test.tsx --timeout 30000 (33 passed)
OpenCode Drive before/after recording with a steering prompt submitted during an active model step
