Rename the VS Code package to amd-git-time-lapse-vscode - #12

Conversation
The Marketplace already has an extension named git-time-lapse-vscode, and extension names must be unique there, so rename the package (and the matching name fields in package-lock.json). vsce now emits amd-git-time-lapse-vscode-<version>.vsix; the README install command is updated to match. The extension ID becomes AMD.amd-git-time-lapse-vscode. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
The VS Code Marketplace already has an extension named
git-time-lapse-vscode, and names must be unique there, so the package is renamed toamd-git-time-lapse-vscode.vscode/package.json:name->amd-git-time-lapse-vscode.displayNamestays "Git Time-Lapse View" andpublisherstaysAMD.vscode/package-lock.json: the two matchingnamefields (top level andpackages[""]).README.md: the install command now matches vsce's output name,amd-git-time-lapse-vscode-*.vsix.Not changed: the CI artifact name
git-time-lapse-vscodeand the release assetgit-time-lapse-<version>-vscode.vsixare independent of the package name, so releases are unaffected.Effect on users: the extension ID becomes
AMD.amd-git-time-lapse-vscode(it wasAMD.git-time-lapse-vscodein 1.1.0 and 1.1.1). Anyone who installed 1.1.x from a.vsixwill get it as a separate extension and should uninstall the old one, as with the 1.0.x -> 1.1.0 change.Test plan
