P1 Badge Commit the regenerated pnpm lockfile

These manifest changes leave pnpm-lock.yaml with the old specifiers (^4.1.1 and ^4.17.21). Every PR-check job uses .github/actions/setup-pnpm/action.yml, whose install step runs pnpm install; pnpm's --help states that frozen lockfiles are enabled by default in CI, so this exits with ERR_PNPM_OUTDATED_LOCKFILE before any checks run. Regenerate and commit pnpm-lock.yaml with both upgraded resolutions.
