Adds PesaFlow4J, a dependency-free Java SDK for the Kenya PesaFlow / eCitizen PaymentAPI (M-Pesa STK push, HMAC-signed checkout payloads, timing-safe webhook verification). MIT licensed, published on Maven Central, with Spring Boot 2/3, servlet, and Jakarta adapters.
