Resolved in v1.3.71 (released to PyPI + GitHub).
Applied all available tool updates from this report:
Also refreshed the devkit-server Go deps (go-chi/chi/v5 5.3.2, golang.org/x/text 0.41.0, golang.org/x/exp latest) and merged dependabot PRs #21 and #23.
Note: release binaries shipped unsigned this cycle (no code-signing cert / GPG key available in the build environment). The 'manual-check' tools (.NET, FileZilla, GDB, PuTTY, Python, SQLite, SourceTree, VS Code, gRPC) were left as-is; the Python vendored wheels were intentionally not re-vendored.
