fix(release): use public groups artifact

Summary

• bump the Groups chart to 0.1.1
• render the Groups workload from the chart by adding the standard service-base template include
• point the chart default image repository at the public ghcr.io/agynio/charts/agyn-platform package so bootstrap can pull the service image without GHCR credentials

Validation

• helm dependency update charts/groups
• helm lint charts/groups
• helm template groups charts/groups >/tmp/groups-chart.yaml
