The repriced pattern (hash credential signed against a nonzero quote, merchant re-prices to $0 at settle) regressed on the node SDK when $0 settles were delegated upstream; these pins ensure a future python delegation change trips the same wire. The proof-credential pin documents that python keeps the carve-out for proofs until pympp ships the proof payload type. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Documents the 2.5.3 additions in the README package tables: malformed_payment_credential and the credential_pre_check default under the payment row, create_result_cache plus the create_quote_cache relationship under the top-level row, and a repriced-to-zero note on zero_amount_carve_out. Docs only.
