Summary
Routine dev-tooling sweep ahead of the commerce-side release chain: knip 6.32.0 to 6.32.1 and typescript-eslint 8.66.0 to 8.67.0, both in-range. eslint 9 to 10 and TypeScript 6 to 7 are both available but stay held, per the standing org-wide upgrade passes (eslint 10's default churn and TS majors are deliberate cross-repo work, not routine bumps). Version bumped to 2.7.4 for the patch release.
Type of change
Public API
Unchanged. Both updates are devDependencies; no runtime surface is touched.
Test plan
lint (0 warnings), typecheck, full suite (166 passing, 9 skipped), and build all clean on the updated tooling.
