Align local development and CI on pnpm 12.15.0 through the shared package manager pin.

package.json: pin pnpm to exactly 12.15.0.pnpm-lock.yaml: regenerate with pnpm 12.15.0; existing application dependency resolutions are unchanged.README.md: update the documented pnpm requirement.Validation passed: pnpm version 12.15.0, install, frozen install with unchanged lockfile hash, format check, lint, typecheck, build, package validation (attw and publint), and diff check. Standard tests passed (235 passed, 2 skipped); Pandoc-required tests passed (236 passed, 1 skipped). Package validation used a writable temporary npm cache after the default cache blocked packing.
