agentsync override writes a PreToolUse hook into the project's .claude/settings.local.json; the hidden `agentsync hook claude-agent` rewrites model/effort on calls to the named subagents, without forking the shared agent file. scan and optimize show overrides; doctor checks the PATH binary can run the hook.

Summary
agentsync overridesets a per-project model and/or effort for named Claude Code subagents by writing a PreToolUse hook into the project's.claude/settings.local.json. The hiddenagentsync hook claude-agentrewrites model/effort on calls to those subagents, so the shared agent file is never forked.scanandoptimizeshow active overrides;doctorchecks that the PATH binary can run the hook.|| exit 1, so a failing hook never blocks a subagent call.Closes #18
