Summary

  • Discovery: agentsync init does a bounded walk under $HOME (or --search), never follows symlinks, and reports unreadable directories.
  • In a terminal it shows an interactive picker with a default-No confirm before writing; otherwise it prints the exact command, and writes only with --repo, --root and --apply.
  • An existing config is refused without --force; the file is written 0600 and atomically.
  • Commands with nothing configured now name agentsync init in their refusals.
  • New docs/init.md, plus updates to the README, configuration and exit-code docs.

Verification

just check passes on macOS and Linux; the new tests were confirmed to fail when the guarded behaviour is broken.

Closes #8

`agentsync init` finds agent repos under $HOME (or --search), and writes the config file. In a terminal it prompts and asks before writing; otherwise it prints the exact command, and writes only with --repo, --root and --apply. It never replaces an existing config without --force. Commands with nothing configured now point at `agentsync init`.
