I'd like to change this obsolete advice for the reason that the previous use for this misnamed field would force an update on the next frame, whereas UpdateAllNamePlates forces an update on the same frame (potentially updating the same plate twice in one frame) which is not strictly equivalent. And also for selfish reasons because I'd like to get everyone using the same system (ideally the one Dalamud provides) rather than everyone using different and slightly incompatible ways to force plates to update.
