- Ocean Protocol · VP Engineering (2018–2019). From whitepaper to mainnet in about a year; engineering team from 1 to 15.
- Earlier: big-data architecture at Stratio and everis UK (HSBC, Virgin Media), and a lot of Java.
How I work now. In 2026 I merged ~980 pull requests, up from ~110 in 2025. Same person, different setup: multi-model coding agents working in architecture → TDD → QA → review roles, human merge gates, and a weekly review of cost and rework.
