Exam taking page needs state saving. #170
Description
when a student is taking an exam, if they navigate away from the exam page, they lose the answers to the questions they have worked on.
need a way to save the state of the page, on the local browser while the user has not yet made a submit.
The answers already worked should persist on the page until the student submits the exam for scoring.
