Description
No clue how difficult that would be, but this would allow at least Skylanders Spyro's Adventure to be playable on Next Gen systems. I also don't know how this would work with USB drivers, and i worry that might be the thing that stops this. but it may be worth looking in to.
Reason
It makes the first 2 Skylanders games available on next gen systems until ports are made.
Examples
The Desktop version of Dolphin has both of these features. the emulated portal might be the best place to start, I know USB stuff gets tricky especially on XBOX
