Syncs changes from Gutenberg 24.3.0 RC1 by updating the pinned Gutenberg hash from 7b95ee9 (24.2.0) to be6a50b, and regenerating the synced files with npm run build:dev.

The new hash is the tip of the wp/7.2 branch rather than the v24.3.0-rc.1 tag, so it also includes the changes cherry-picked to the branch after tagging: #85155, #82730, #71634 and #81644.

The large number of changed files is mainly due to:

• A new src/wp-includes/build/scripts/ tree (72 PHP files) registering the core-actions and core-fields entity actions and fields on the server. wp-settings.php already requires the two index.php entry points, added in [64595].
• build/routes/font-list/content.js (+17468/-10990) and build/routes/connectors-home/content.js (+5263/-5143) — the unminified route bundles rebuilt.
• New dimensions (minWidth/minHeight), background (backgroundImage/backgroundSize), shadow, and gradient support across 24 blocks' block.json, also reflected in blocks-json.php.
• 12 new script modules in script-modules-packages.php: core-actions/*, core-fields/* and block-library/video/view.
• Icon library: the tag icons mirrored to match the other angled icons (#84675) and collection/keyword updates in icon-library-manifest.php.
