Moves max to cli-core 0.484.0 (store version 38, cli-core #2175). Chat titles and contact names get a folded lowercase copy, so `chats list 'title:СТАС*' --offline` and `tags list name:` match regardless of case in Cyrillic. nameDialogs (#859) writes titles through db.chats.saveChats, which fills title_folded in 0.484.0; max has no raw SQL on the store. A write that skipped the copy would be emptied by trigger and refilled on next open. No generated output changed (docs/commands.md, contracts unchanged). Testing: pnpm test 1596 passed, 7 skipped; typecheck, lint, docs:check, parity:check, version:check, bot:generate:check ok. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
cli-core 0.482.0 added gcal to every CLI's first screen; the help contract (contracts/help.snap) differs by that one line. CI's contracts:check failed on the previous commit because it was not updated. CHANGELOG notes the visible change.
