Document the five dependency groups, SDK migration and container runtime changes. Keep package, widget, chart, security policy and Python versions synchronized. Exercise minimum and container runtime lines before publication.

Release the five reviewed dependency groups (#78–#82), including the Go signed-identity fixture and Node Web Bot Auth API migration needed to make the upgrades pass. Synchronize versions, document compatibility changes, and test Node 22/24/26, Go 1.26.8/1.27.1, and Python 3.12/3.14. Python installs validate requirement floors against the mandatory hash lock. Publication remains gated on the combined release CI.
