Upstream has deprecated the
wasmedge_llmcplugin — WasmEdge/WasmEdge#4964 (chore(plugin/llmc): deprecate wasmedge-llmc plugin), which lands in the0.17.0-131range we're about to refresh-import.Decision: rather than migrate it,
wasmedge_llmcwill be removed directly from cpp-plugins. So this migration issue should be closed as won't-do (superseded by removal).
