feat: import plugin sources and tests from WasmEdge core with git history #23
Import the plugin sources, tests, and plugin-related CI utilities from WasmEdge/WasmEdge preserving git history. The 2024 import recorded in #1 (HEAD c5951a1d) is stale — redo it against current master.
Keep the imported layout as-is (plugins/<name>, test/plugins/<name>, thirdparty/wasi_crypto, utils/<name>) — renaming now would cost us git blame continuity.
Rebase the filtered history onto current main (git rebase --onto <main> --root) so the result is linear history with no merge commit; push as branch import/wasmedge-master and open a PR. Original authors and their DCO sign-offs are preserved; only the committer is rewritten.
Verify history survived: git log --oneline -- plugins/wasi_crypto | wc -l shows the full path-scoped history (~33 commits — history before the upstream plugins/ restructure (~2022) is not followed; it remains reachable upstream), and git blame plugins/wasi_crypto/ctx.h shows original authors.
Note: imported sources are not expected to build at this point — the standalone build system is a separate follow-up issue (see Relationships).
