VertNet Migrator for Darwin Core 2015-03-19

This release contains the template scripts to process an original source data set into Darwin Core ready for publication to an IPT. The migrator is expected to be customized to ingest the original source following the steps described in the document "README - MigratorPrepSteps.txt" (https://github.com/VertNet/toolkit/blob/develop/README%20-%20MigratorPrepSteps.txt).

This release was able to make output for DiGIR providers. It used and contributed to DwCVocabs (https://github.com/tucotuco/DwCVocabs).
