Previously, each method that passed or received a `BNReferenceSource` converted it by hand.
…ange Previously, range queries for references returned only one end of each reference, so a caller could not tell which source in a range made which reference. Now `BinaryView` has `GetIncomingCodeReferences`, `GetIncomingDataReferences`, `GetOutgoingCodeReferences` and `GetOutgoingDataReferences`, which return `CodeXref` and `DataXref` pairs. Python and Rust gain matching methods.
