### Language tags

Multilingual rules use `language:<ISO 639-1 code>` entries in the existing
`tags` field, for example `tags: [multilingual, 'language:es']`. These tags
survive `rules --format json`, so consumers can filter rules without changing
the pattern schema or report contract. A rule with several language branches
lists all of them; the tags describe supported phrases, not language detection
on an individual finding. Filtering a rule does not isolate one regex branch.

PI110-PI113 retain the Czech slice (`cs`). PI114-PI118 cover instruction
override, knowledge reset, model-role reassignment, instruction disclosure,
and enabled developer-mode claims in Spanish (`es`), French (`fr`), German
(`de`), Portuguese (`pt`), Italian (`it`), Russian (`ru`), simplified Chinese
(`zh`), Japanese (`ja`), Korean (`ko`), Arabic (`ar`), and Hindi (`hi`).
This is a bounded phrase set, not comprehensive detection in those languages.
Native-speaker review and independently sourced near-misses are welcome.

The multilingual recall row measures only the original Czech/German corpus,
not eleven-language recall. PI114-PI118 additionally have a synthetic test
matrix covering five attack shapes in eleven languages, uppercase variants,
and near-misses. Their `language:<code>` tags describe supported regex branches,
not language detection on findings. Other paraphrases and translations remain
gaps; native-speaker review is welcome.

### `PI110`–`PI119` — Multilingual Evasion

The top payloads translated. Trivially effective against an English-only phrase list.
PI110-PI113 cover the original Czech slice. PI114-PI118 add five bounded attack
shapes across the eleven languages in #39: instruction override, knowledge
reset, model-role reassignment, instruction disclosure, and enabled
developer-mode claims. Rules carry `language:<code>` tags for consumer filtering.
Other translations, inflections, paraphrases and languages remain gaps;
native-speaker review is still needed. The table records the original specimens.
