patterns: PI110-PI119 multilingual evasion — every pattern is English-only today #39
Description
New category, ID range PI110–PI119. Every current pattern is English-only, so translating the payload defeats the entire library — while the model understands it perfectly.

Scope
Start with the top ~5 payloads (role override, forget everything, you are now, output your instructions, developer mode) across these 11 languages rather than translating all 30 patterns — highest coverage per pattern added.
Notes
- Needs the case-insensitivity fix to apply correctly to non-ASCII scripts (
RegexBuilderhandles Unicode case folding; verify for Cyrillic and Greek). - Good candidate for community contribution — native speakers can validate phrasing far better than machine translation.
- Add a
languagetag to the pattern schema so consumers can filter.

Opened PR #197 to address this issue: #197
Adds PI114–PI118 covering five attack shapes across all 11 requested languages, preserving the existing Czech rules. Includes language tags, Unicode case-folding checks, and false-positive controls. The unchanged multilingual recall corpus improves from 8/10 to 10/10. Native-speaker review is welcome.
