Adds four schemas for *.tfps.json manifests used by providers built on terraform-provider-powershell: settings, provider block, resource, and data source. Includes positive tests covering every field and 56 negative tests covering type errors, mutually exclusive behaviors, reserved names, and version constraints. All four are registered for strict-mode validation.
