Android pairing ignores custom scheme

The optional fifth argument changes only the deep-link url_scheme, but the Android am start target stays hardcoded to com.t3tools.t3code.dev. Preview and production schemes map to different packages in app.config.ts, so a non-dev scheme opens the wrong app (or fails) while iOS can still resolve by scheme alone.

ThreadBootstrapServicerouting instead of upstream's re-added inline bootstrap dispatch, because the service already covers that path as a superset, and ported upstream's origin-remote fallback into it so repos without anoriginremote still bootstrap.tools/calltime and satisfying them higher up only type-checks. Upstream's pull request API, shared service instance, and command readiness gate were adopted on top of it.
