What

  • bun-app.yml – the CI jobs (typecheck, lint, tests with coverage, builds; tests on Windows) as a reusable workflow. ci.yml calls it with mobile: true; AI Diving Monitor calls it from main (Torgh/ai-diving-monitor PR), so both apps are checked the same way.
  • Bun package cache (actions/cache on ~/.bun/install/cache, keyed by bun.lock) on Linux and Windows.
  • Dependency review on pull requests (actions/dependency-review-action, fails on high/critical).

Check names

Called jobs are reported as App / …: App / Typecheck, lint, tests with coverage, build, App / Tests on Windows, App / Dependency review. The protect-main ruleset requires the old names (Typecheck, lint, tests with coverage, build, Tests on Windows), so it has to be switched to the App / … names before this can merge.

Merge this before the AI Diving Monitor PR: its CI calls bun-app.yml@main.

The checks move to bun-app.yml, a reusable workflow that AI Diving Monitor
calls too, so the two apps' CI stays the same. Bun's package cache is kept
between runs, and pull requests get a dependency review that fails on a new
dependency with a known high or critical vulnerability.
