TypeScript 7.0 has no JavaScript API, and `typescript-eslint` refuses to load it. That was why lint failed.

I added a commit that runs both versions side by side, as Microsoft recommends:

• `typescript` → `npm:@typescript/typescript6@^6.0.2`, the TS 6 API for ESLint and `next build`;
• `@typescript/native` → `npm:typescript@^7.0.2`. Its `tsc` runs `bun run typecheck` in about 1 s.

Checked locally:

• a type error is still reported by TS 7;
• lint, the 288 tests, `next build` (its TypeScript step on TS 6) and the phone build all pass.

Once typescript-eslint supports TS 7, the alias can go.
