Release 1.25.9, base 1cb3c37 (main), 0 behind: version 1.25.8 -> 1.25.9 in tinycloud-node-server/Cargo.toml and the three lockfiles (one line each); CHANGELOG gains a [1.25.9] heading above the existing Changes list that holds the #443 and #468 entries; nothing else changed. Release rules: dispatch with --ref main, image_version 1.25.9, the verified 1.25.9 dstack digest, rollback_image_version 1.25.9 and rollback_image_revision equal to the v1.25.9 tag commit, named_keys_v1=true. No backup needed (no schema or key-state change); the way back is fix-forward. Post-deploy checks: /info lists delegation-issued-query-v1; watch /revoke and /delegation/query status mix and latency.
