APPROVE (reviewed exact head 82bb9fc): 5 files as #385. Cargo.toml plus the root, m1 and w5 lockfiles change only the tinycloud-node version 1.21.4 → 1.21.5. CHANGELOG [1.21.5]: the TC-1578 boot size-seeding fix (a DB error now fails startup; rollback = the 1.21.4 digest b4953184), the re-host usage reset fix, no migrations. Release 1.21.5 from main 2c262d2. Bumps tinycloud-node-server + Cargo.lock + test/m1-realdata-e2e/Cargo.lock + test/w5-policy-runtime-node-e2e/Cargo.lock. Moves [Unreleased] to [1.21.5] - 2026-10-20 with release notes (TC-1578 space-size fix, #387). No database migrations; rollback is the 1.21.4 image. Version is manual per docs/releasing.md.
