fix: update Reddit footer icon

[Cypher-Aura-19]

Summary

• replace the inaccurate Reddit footer SVG with the official Simple Icons Reddit path
• preserve the existing icon size, colour and hover behaviour
• keep the existing Reddit destination and accessibility label unchanged

Testing

• verified the Reddit icon renders correctly in the footer
• verified its size matches the surrounding social icons
• verified the hover styling remains unchanged
• verified the existing Reddit link opens correctly
• verified the responsive footer layout remains unchanged
• npm run build passes successfully
• npm run lint was run; it reports only pre-existing issues in unrelated files, with no new issue introduced by this change
