Missed required changes to GitHub Action for pkgdown

Sorry, I missed updating these parts when I merged the PR #131

this will need the branch to be changed to main and add the line to prevent building from a PR back in which are in place while this was being tested.

Also copy published link back to the front page right where a brief description of the repository is. This is automatically populated when set up but I removed as this waits for review.

This was set so that the pkgdown would render and could be checked it worked ok.
