🎯 What: Refactored the long main() function in tools/scripts/check_graphify.py into smaller, dedicated helper functions (check_rust_toolchain, check_graphify_cli, check_graphify_config, run_environment_checks, print_environment_checks, handle_output_validation, and determine_exit_code).

💡 Why: Significantly improves readability, maintainability, and testability of the Graphify verification script without altering any behavior or exit codes.

✅ Verification: Visually verified modifications via git diff, executed python3 tools/scripts/check_graphify.py to confirm identical execution behavior, and ran cargo test --workspace --all-targets to ensure no workspace regressions.

✨ Result: A clean, modular structure for check_graphify.py where main() cleanly orchestrates execution in 15 lines.
