…ueValues Array cell values use reference equality in the Map, so two rows with identical array contents (e.g. ['a','b']) are counted as distinct entries instead of being aggregated. Serialize arrays with JSON.stringify before using them as map keys so equal-content arrays get the same bucket. Fixes TanStack#5405

- Line 86: Update the mapKey representation so serialized array values cannot
collide with original string values, while preserving distinct array contents
and existing counting behavior.
- Line 86: Update createFacetedUniqueValues so
getFacetedUniqueValues().get(value) continues to find entries when value is an
array; do not store array values only under their JSON-stringified keys.
Preserve the existing lookup contract for array keys.

Use an ArrayKeyMap subclass that prefixes serialised array keys with a null byte so the string '["a","b"]' and the array ['a','b'] never collide. Callers can now pass the original array value to .get() and .has() and get the correct count back.
|
Replaced the JSON.stringify key with an ArrayKeyMap subclass. The null-byte prefix keeps array keys distinct from plain strings, and the overridden get/set/has methods mean callers can pass the original array value directly. |

Preserve array keys when callers iterate the facet map.
ArrayKeyMap inherits Map.keys(), entries(), and forEach(). For an array facet such as ['a', 'b'], those methods expose '\0["a","b"]' instead of the array. A caller that builds facet choices from the returned Map therefore receives a string, despite the declared Map<any, number> contract. Keep an original array as the stored key, and use a separate index for equal-content lookup.

Handle array values that JSON cannot serialize.
If a facet value is [1n], JSON.stringify throws during facetedUniqueValues.get(value). The faceted-value calculation then fails instead of returning a count. Replace JSON serialization with key handling that supports valid array contents, including bigint.

Closes #5405
getFacetedUniqueValuesiterates over row values and inserts them into aMap<any, number>for counting. When a cell value is an array, JavaScript'sMapuses reference equality — so two rows with the same array content (e.g.['a', 'b']) each get their own map entry instead of being counted together.Fix: serialize array values with
JSON.stringifybefore using them as a map key.Added a test case with two rows sharing
['a', 'b']tags to confirm they now aggregate tocount: 2.Summary by CodeRabbit
