Self-submission disclosure: I maintain Soundza and am submitting it myself. Per CONTRIBUTING's 'Submitting your own source', the entry is written as a third party would write it and starts at needs-review so a maintainer can re-read the licence before it goes active.
The licence facts were read on the live terms page (https://soundza.com/license) on 2026-10-26, the day of submission, and the Evidence section quotes it. The library is free for commercial use, with no attribution needed. Shipping sounds inside a game is allowed. Standalone redistribution and AI training are not, and both are recorded in Notes. Some library sounds are AI-generated and labelled on their pages; Notes says so.
