Fix tests in #1757

Two issues:

• the sboldb test runner failing is because there is a query that gets constructed in collection.js which produces invalid sparql. virtuoso accepts it but sbol-db's stricter parser doesn't
• the two sbol explorer failures are completely unrelated to that failure and sbol db... the snapshot-synbiohub tag had been overwritten by an unmerged feature-branch build which is what is causing those failures.
