docs(backend): correct the casbin matcher comment
The [matchers] comment described keyMatch, but the matcher calls
globMatch.
Also documents the g2(r.sub, p.sub) branch, which was missing
entirely, the && / || precedence that puts the admin escape hatch
outside all four tests, and the asymmetry that role grants (g) match
the domain exactly while only policies (p) are pattern-matched.
Comments only, the matcher expression is unchanged.
