This isn't needed anymore, while I waiting to hear back on SuffolkLITLab/EfileProxyServer#474, I tried implementing it myself in LITEfile, but failed and didn't think it would be able to handle secret keeping in a way that I liked. I took another shot and just decided to add multiple emails for a single API key. I'm happy with the result, currently giving things another shot at implementation on the LITEfile side, which should work better.
