Marshall McGee has a series called Waveform where he talks about sound design in video games and shows how you can make sounds with just a bit of creativity.
He is currently working on sound design for Just Cause 4 so videos do not come out on a very frequent basis but the videos are quite high quality and well worth watching if you're interested in that aspect of game design. He would make a good addition to the list!
